Kate dress

Those of you who know me well will be aware that I am a big fan of the Kate dress. It is probably one of my favourite patterns and I have several in different fabrics and lengths.

As I am off on holiday in a couple of weeks, I decided that now was the time to use one of the pieces of fabric lurking in the cupboard to make a new dress for myself. Now I can't wait for the warmer weather to wear it.

    You have been really busy with your sewing recently and what great results! I love the Kate dress too and have made three so far; one more half done and two more lots of fabric just waiting... I am a beginner clothes maker and am so pleased I can make myself something to wear now.
